We use it to deploy automatic email signatures in Outlook company-wide. They can be tailored for specific groups of contacts within the organisation, so for example, we have a group set up for the sales team which displays a banner at the bottom of their signature showing regularly-updated campaign content.
  • Allows for multiple signatures to be used at one time
  • Changes in real-time
  • Easy design
  • I've only used the design part, and I can't find fault in it. It's intuitive.
I am unaware of other uses for Exclaimer Cloud other than the email signature automation function.

Our company basically has 4 separate business units that need to appear "somewhat" cohesive while also still remaining separate and free to create their own email signatures. Exclaimer allows for a dedicated set of managers at each business unit to admin the users for that business unit, while also being able to duplicate/copy/modify signatures from other business units to allow for more cohesive brand styling between our business units and the parent company. Exclaimer utilizes data within Active Directory including custom fields, and then admins can utilize those fields to populate data for users along with unit-wide information (such as marketing graphics or even departmental promos).
  • Very easy to create a professional email signature and apply it to users.
  • Lot's of options for fine-tuning the signature design including custom links for tracking.
  • Well organized and intuitive rule builder for handling the myriad of special circumstances that every organization requires.
  • There are a few UI elements that could be improved. Sometimes fields are slow to respond to input...but you get used to the little quirks pretty quickly.
  • After editing a signature, you currently have to return to the root level of all signatures instead of back to a list of your business unit signatures. This could be improved.
  • While Exclaimer allows for the integration of custom AD fields, I've been told this is a slow process and somewhat problematic. There isn't a way to test data integration until after it has been pushed to production, so errors can result in massive delays if a business unit has to wait until the next production push before proceeding.
Exclaimer is well suited for organizations that keep their employee data within AD. I don't even know if there are other options offhand, but that's the case where I work and it fits the skillsets of our Microsoft-only IT admins. It's a little clunky when you need to implement customized solutions (such as the addition of personal pronoun fields, etc.), but it does get the job done, and there are typically more than one way to accomplish something within Exclaimer.

We've implemented Exclaimer for email signature management company-wide. This allowed us to seamlessly incorporate our "Best Places to Work" award logo into signatures. Exclaimer ensured consistency across all devices and platforms, streamlining our communication. The ROI was quick due to its efficiency, enabling our IT team to focus on enhancing other business processes.
  • Manage email signatures for different departments.
  • Works well with Outlook web mail
  • Documentation is very well laid out and easy follow.
  • In my experience, support was slow to respond and a lot of back and forth.
  • Talk to a human for support would be great.
  • In my experience, the signatures immediately were rejected by client email systems because of the added URL's from the Exclaimer system. When you add the Facebook Icon from the signature editor, it adds a VERY long URL. Most phishing/span gateways reject. We had to take of the social media icons.
I believe support was slow and when I finally got ahold of someone it was all by email. They still didn’t understand my issue and didn’t follow up to fix it.

We use Exclaimer to maintain email signatures for all users. We control using Office365 and active directory, titles, addresses, phone numbers, banners and other information that we would like our users to convey in their email signatures. It's a great product. Simple to use. Intuitive.
  • Easy to use.
  • Flexible.
  • Versatile.
  • Customer Support.
  • Use an Outlook add-in instead of software to automatically show signature.
  • KB articles
Despite its few shortcomings, Exclaimer is a great tool to maintain a uniform look for corporate emails. It's been a great took in terms of marketing and getting everyone onboard the company conveying the same message and look and feel for our communications.

We use Exclaimer to manage professional signature blocks, that are consistent across our firm. We also use it to manage holiday season messages and promotional banners included in our business email.
  • Integrates with active directory for information
  • Design professional looking signature blocks
  • Allow quick updating of information, with active directory sync
  • The signature block designer is a steep learning curve, but logical once you do understand it
  • Submission of support tickets could be improved
  • In rare instances where emails are generated using a third party, there can be issues relating to the from field not being set correctly that can cause crashes.
A great product. Easy to use and reliable. Easy to deploy and integrates well for businesses that are on-premise, in the cloud, or a hybrid of both. I highly recommend Exclaimer and I have experience with deploying and using at least 3 different products.

We use exclaimer to control our email signatures automatically. This allows us to help prevent title fraud and also ensure we provide a consistent look to all of our email. Since the system links to Azure/AD, we are also able to dynamically update signatures when employees status or location change.
  • Costs are in line with expectations
  • Consistent product delivery - we rarely have issues with application
  • Ability to update and adjust on the fly
  • The GUI to edit the signatures can be tricky
  • I was offered help when signing on, but never received even after asking about it
  • Sales rep could be more responsive after the sale
This product is perfect for organizations that are dynamic and fluid. We have a lot of employees who are moved around and adjusted - constantly trying to update signatures for people became a logisitical nightmare. Having a product that updates as our systems update released that burden.
This product probably isn't worth the cost if you have a small outfit that never changes - or you are not interested in advertising via signatures (which I do not recomend).

We use Exclaimer to manage and deploy professional signatures around our entire business, without the need for users to interact. These signatures are deployed through easy to use dynamic 365 groups that provide a level of ease and automation that is not provided by any other software. Allowing our IT department to manage this means that the remaining employees around the business and departments do not have to worry about what is displayed to their clients, and any amendments are quick and easy as all our data is pulled straight from Active Directory.
  • Mass deploy signatures with ease
  • Make amendments on the fly
  • Easily design and adjust new signatures
  • Content is always up to date by being linked with AD/365
  • UI is not always easy to follow
  • The folder hierarchy and permissions are not always straight forward
  • The product is expensive
Exclaimer is fantastic for managing and deploy signatures to a group of users, no matter how large or small. Whether it is a single user that requires a specific tweak, or a whole department that requires a brand new signature, the same amount of work is required. It's extremely quick to mock-up, design, and deploy new information and designs and allows for a high level of consistency and professionalism with all our outgoing branding. Exclaimer alleviates the pressure of users and departments having to manage this themselves and allows an effecient central deployment for the entire business.

Exclaimer is a signature add-on utility within our M365/O365 platform. Azure AD is configured with our "signature" groups. Users in these groups will have a company signature at the bottom of all outgoing Outlook emails. It is highly configurable, allowing consistent branded content to reach email recipients. The problem of looking for updated contact information for a company or knowing what department customers may be interacting with is instantly solved. Furthermore, we have also configured a "signature w/bookings" group allowing for a MS Bookings link attached to signatures of key users to support our showroom appointment system with integration into our w/MS Outlook Calendars.
  • Consistent branded content delivery
  • Easy to use signature templates
  • Seamless integration w/Outlook
  • SSO service seems to be lacking something. Although we have Exclaimer added as a SSO app in Azure, we've had challenges when adding new users into the Exclaimer portal for template editing when implementing SSO from M365.
  • Also, on the topic of adding new users, the links that are sent and the landing pages from them, along with the login errors (if any) - can be confusing. Resulting in users getting a frustrating first impression.
  • Although our signatures look great with standard hyperlinks! A new feature might be animated gif or something a bit more dynamic w/text that wouldn't flag security filters or run endlessly. Just some next level graphic option to get noticed or be remembered in an often crowded inbox.
Exclaimer is well suited for any business in any industry that needs professional, standardized, consistent & highly customizable signatures. It has an easy to use intuitive interface for creating signature templates. It's easy to update just one template that will then update many users signature lines. In our case, as a SMB, we integrated it w/ O365 / Outlook, which did require some level of "technical setup" in Azure AD to function. I suppose smaller businesses could rely on standard signature templates from their email provider / software but these will need to be managed individually & really don't integrate as a marketing tool.

We use Exclaimer as a central part to distribute the signature for all employees at mobile phones and Outlook. Before we realised it with Group Policies and that was difficult to handle. We searched a tool that all employess get the same signature on all devices. And that is what Exclaimer can do in a easy way.
  • easy implementation
  • centralized
  • fast deployment
  • user right management who can edit signatures
  • signature templates
  • good support
  • functionality to use the signature only for Outlook or mobile device
  • possibility to upload free your own signature
Exclaimer has a good interface to work with. Every step has a very good documentation. Otherwise you can write the support and they will help you good and fast. The implementation was fast and easy, so we can import our users with Active Directory Groups as well.

We have roughly 80 employees split in 3 offices in two States. Every department has a different signature, and we need to change the banner periodically. That's when Exclaimer comes in place. We use AzureAD and we need the integration between Azure and Exclaimer. Also, we have several shared mailboxes with a specific signature each. We use Office365 Apps.
  • Integrate with AzureAD
  • Fast sync
  • Option to manage the signature locally with the agent
  • Better flexibility for managing the signature on a local machine
  • General website performance
  • How to contact the help center
It's a really good choice if you have a company that uses office365 and has more than 20 employees.
It's a good choice for a company that has several shared mailboxes.
It's not the ideal solution if you have less than 20 employees and you manage them only on premises.

We use Exclaimer to standardise email signatures across a range of divisions and sending devices, ensuring consistency of branding. It leverages Azure Active Directory so we have a single source of truth in terms of contact information, role titles etc. without incurring additional overhead. The scheduling element allows us to forward plan marketing campaigns, announcements and similar via or users email signatures.
  • It allows use to schedule the presence of banner messages in our email signatures
  • Pulls information from Azure Active Directory, removing the need to maintain contact information seperately
  • Applies signatures server side, ensuring that consistent messaging is always present.
  • Copying elements from one signature to another would be helpful, we use a modularised approach (multiple 'signatures') to build a single signature
  • Opening Exclaimer in multiple tabs to allow side by side comparison when editing and especially when testing (signature tester) occasionally results in changes not being applied.
Exclaimer works well across all elements of email signature control, although it would benefit from the ability to strip out default mobile signatures such as 'sent from my iPhone' or 'sent from Android'.

We've implemented Exclaimer Cloud for Exchange Online with fabulous success. From users using their own email signature variations we have now a very consistent setup throughout our company.
  • reliable service
  • easy to setup
  • professional appearance of the signatures
  • n/a
Exclaimer is well suited when all user information is up to date with your identity provider (in our case: Azure Active Directory). It won't be a good fit if you aren't maintaining the user information well (properties like address, user title, phone numbers etc).

our company had to deploy the signature trough a script, with exclaimer we can deploy trough cloud and create different signatures with logo and customize all the fields. can be created also for different countries and different groups that you can create in active directory. it's quite easy to create and deploy on all email accounts
  • immediate sync
  • user friendly console
  • fast and good support
  • can be improved the size of the email banner
  • desktop agent not working very weel
  • pricing more flexible for users exceed the target
Exclaimer works very well in cloud solution and it is very well integrates with Microsoft 365. to activate it it's very easy but sometimes you need to do some settings on Microsoft 365 console to have it linked to exclaimer if not this will be blocking your emails. so before activating make sure with support that all the steps are done. in my opinion as it seems a known issue the support should advice the client about this possible issue

Excclaimer provides simple centralised signature management accross our business. Furthermore, Exclaimer provides additional features to enhance email signatures, such as the ability to include promotional banners, social media icons, legal disclaimers, and marketing messages. • Centralise signature management
  • Signature templates
  • Comprehensive rules
  • Integration with Office 365
  • Does require understanding of Offcie 365
  • Initial setup will need Administrator permissions
If you need centralised signature management for Office 365, this is the most straight forward tool. Can provide multiple templates, and compehensive rules for different departments if needed.

We wanted a unified signature management product to make the school look more professional, update user details centrally and take a load of employees having to apply signatures themselves.
  • Centralise signature management.
  • Provide excellent templates to get you started.
  • Give a great UI to setup everything up and make implementation simple.
  • Good customer support.
  • How signatures apply to shared mailboxes needs to be refined if possible.
  • Making some of the rules on how signatures apply simpler.
If you want professional-looking emails that are consistent throughout your company, exclaimer is a great way to do it. I would say well worth the money if you have 50+ employees; before that, you could do it manually, but this saves a lot of time and training and stops people from making mistakes.

We use Exclaimer to simplify our email signatures in the workplace. This makes our job easier because we do not need to deploy a signature to a workstation (hoping that it will be online), and all user signatures are the same. It works great for our marketing team as they can add banners at any given time to show on commercial emails.
  • Remote Signature Management.
  • Quick Changes - The client machine gets the updated signature on the next email.
  • Drag and drop; no coding required.
  • The ability to edit some of the signatures, so that our marketing team can add banners, but not modify the rest.
  • Multiple visibility filters at the same time would be handy.
  • Photos grabbed from Active Directory.
For us, Exclaimer is well suited for the I.T. department. We can rest easy knowing that everyone is emailing out with the same signatures instead of half-deployed ones that were previously on local machines. It's also great for our commercial/sales team, which can email out custom banners that are centrally managed.

We had no way of applying a consistent email signature in our Office 365 environment. Users would copy signatures from others and then make changes which caused confusion for our customers and left our brand looking inconsistent. We implemented Exclaimer, and our marketing and communications department couldn't be happier. We now have a consistent look and feel that matches our branding, and end users can't alter their individual signatures.
  • Works well with our in-house active directory.
  • Works well with Azure.
  • Works well for matching our branding.
  • The ability to format text isn't as seamless as it should be.

We started with the on-prem Exclaimer for Exchange and about a year ago migrated to the cloud based product.
  • It functions efficiently and consistantly
  • It's very flexible and customizable. Fully featured.
  • Support is excellent. Technicians are always VERY knowledgeable. They know the product intimately.
  • The web interface is not as easy to navigate as the on-premise version was.
  • The signature block editor is VERY different from on-prem.

We use Exclaimer to manage our email signatures and it offers us a consistent look and feel across the organization. Centrally managing signatures ensures that company information (phone numbers, emails, web addresses, etc.) is accurate and complete. Every employee in the company has an Exclaimer signature block on their email.
  • Brand Consistency
  • Information Accuracy
  • Ease of Implementation
  • Customer Support
  • The ability to have reply signatures that are different (it's possible, but the work around is fairly silly).
  • The ability to customize the names of fields in the signature that users can edit themselves.

Exclaimer is used by our IT department to create and completely manage all our business's signatures. Having a business with a large number of departments, all requiring different information and branding in their signatures, can quickly become confusing and difficult to manage. Exclaimer provides us with a brilliant "one stop shop" to handle this issue, and allows us to quickly create, edit, and manage complex signatures and provide a consistent level of professionalism within our emails throughout the entire business.
  • Quick and easy management of existing signatures
  • Fast deployment of signatures to a large scale of users/groups
  • Simple and effective user interface, making the creation/management process quick to learn
  • Competitive price point with a large number of features, making the product cost justifiable
  • Great customer service, should it be required, with one-to-one support promptly offered
  • When creating complex signatures, the design interface can quickly become confusing
  • Integration of systems such as Active Directory requires quite a lot of set up, but works perfectly once completed
As an IT service team, we are often asked to create/update signatures for specific users/departments on the fly. Exclaimer makes it extremely easy to do so, and within the hour we can have a new or updated signature applying for an extremely large number of users. The ability to do this allows us to maintain a high level of professionalism and always meet our SLA targets as a service team. Alongside this, the built-in signature tester allows us to quickly identify issues with our applied signatures/users pinpoint the root cause of the issue in an extremely timely manner.

I feel that the only downside to the service is that the cost may not be justifiable to a business that, for example, only has a couple of signatures that are needed to be deployed, however for our scale and use case, it is perfect.

All of our users with mail addresses route through Exclaimer. This gives us as a company the opportunity to streamline the Company image and improve professionalism. This also saves our users from having to create and update an email signature as they progress through the Company, as all the information is pulled from Azure Active Directory.
  • Streamlines the Company image
  • Saves users time and hassle of updating their signatures
  • Ensures that there is no information displayed that the Company doesn't want to provide
  • Creating the signatures is not as intuitive as it could be
  • Assigning each signature to a subset of users can be tricky if not thought about
  • Sync time between AD > AAD > Exclaimer can be up to 12 hours
In big organisations where there lots and lots of users, it pays to have a system that allows you to create and apply signatures on a user's behalf. Without this, you would end up with signatures that vary in small ways which could make the Company look somewhat unprofessional which can be easily avoided.

We use Exclaimer integrated into two email domains (Active Directory and Microsoft 365) to generate internal and external signatures and also to notify customers of scheduled closings and promotional events. The best part of Exclaimer is that there is a central control for how all user signatures look, which provides standardization and brand continuity.
  • Integrate with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Flexibility and ease of signature design.
  • Technical support is very good.
  • Rule ordering.
  • The new user experience took some getting used to.

  • More fields can be pulled from Azure AD.

I also use it to run different email signatures for different campaigns/information to be processed by the end user of the communication, leading to increased feedback and customer interaction. It has also led to work inquiries and leads.

  • The ability for single-user accounts.

It's amazing at applying consistent branding across emails, especially from mobile devices where formatting / HTML is not / may not be possible. This means that users can send an email knowing that the recipient doesn't know whether they sent it from the office or from the coffee shop! Holiday information can be applied globally to all email accounts detailing closing times/reduced hours etc. which increases recipient awareness of the company's plans.
